White Swan, WA Yakama Indian Reservation – Rev. Chris and Mary Granberry

Friday, 19 June 2015

Give Thanks:

  • We are thankful that the summer mission teams are going well. We’ve had a combination of teams from the Seattle area and Georgia, Tennessee and Alabama. Many mercy ministry projects are getting completed in the community and around the Hope Fellowship Building. The summer interns that help with summer mission teams are working well. There are more adults from the Native American community are attending church.

Trust God:

  • As summer teams continue the Sacred Road staff and interns get tired and worn out. Pray for encouragement and stamina. Pray for safety for the teams coming in around the country.

Prayer Requests:

  • As teams from across the country come to the Reservation they have an opportunity to share with the Yakama people the love of Christ. The teams also get to see a part of the world that is often significantly different than where they are coming from. Pray that the Lord will use this experience to expand their view of God’s working to expand His Kingdom.
